Counselor - Education (3-7 yrs)
Location : Delhi (South Ex, Dwarka, Janak Puri, Raja Garden), Noida Sector 62, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon
The broad responsibilities of which would include:
- Counseling Students and parents about our course
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
- Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis
- Clarifying of doubts of students and parents
- Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
- Co-ordinate with other centers in the region
- Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- Graduate with good communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi).
- Having experience preferably as a Counselor.
- Good working knowledge in MS Word & Internet.
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Having the right attitude & high energy level towards the job.
