Counsellor - Sales - EduTech Solution (2-4 yrs)

1) Market Understanding :

- Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc etc)

2) Enquiry Generation :

- Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extent though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector workforce, etc within the location or outside location.

- Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.

- Relationship building with all Stakeholders to generate database of eligible candidates

- Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations

- Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month

- Activity management end to end, generate database of eligible candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role

3) Admission Process :

- Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students

- Ensure students admission process is followed

4) System Updation & daily Reporting :

a. Update system regularly

b. Daily activity reporting

c. Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch

Overall KPI:

Enquiry/Lead Generation, Counselling, Conversion, payment collection

1. Meet Enrollment/Order Intake Goal

2. Use different means to generate Enquiries (BTL activities, Job drives, College connect(limited), emp exchanges etc etc

3. Conduct a compliant Admission process ; ensure admission of students who qualify through the process

4. Ensure System updation and daily reporting

5. Travel to various locations and conduct enrollment drives
