Counsellor - Immigration Sales (1-6 yrs)

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration program

- Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing

- Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone

- Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors

- Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends of Immigration options and programs for Canada and Quebec

- Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

- Good communication skills, with an enthusiasm in learning

- Knowledge of Canadian immigration process/ laws will be an added advantage

- Should be able to work on Excel and create reports

- Team skills and strong relationship-building skills

- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

- Any Graduation or Post Graduation

- Should be a good team player

- Can work efficiently with minimum supervision

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the Consulting industry.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
