Role & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to students and parents using a generated database.

- Generate walk-ins by contacting parents and students through provided contact details.

- Successfully convert candidates into students by effectively closing payments.

- Follow the sales process diligently and complete course admissions.

- Proactively attract students for suitable courses through self-initiative.

Skills & Competencies Requirement:

- Comfortable working under sales targets collaboratively with team members.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

- Proficient in guiding candidates for the right courses, with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

- Effective time management, self-driven attitude, computer savvy, and digital technical skills.

Education Required:

- HSC Passed and graduation.

Benefits:

Working Days:

- Monday to Saturday.

Shift Time:

- 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.

Day Off:

- Sunday.
