Cosmic Strands - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-5 yrs)
GENERIC ROLE OF THE POSITION :
- To enhance organizational effectiveness by setting up appropriate marketing strategies.
- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, creative, good market strategy in order to achieve organizational objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION :
- The candidate has to regularly post on social media platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and others.
- He/she needs to create YouTube videos, and create posts on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram and other social media.
- Manage online advertising platforms like Google Ads and manage SEO.
- Regularly track results of social media posts and ensure high viewership and increasing subscriber base.
- Manage e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flip kart and ensure marketing on these platforms to increase online sales.
- Organize online webinars and promote registration and attendance of Webinars.
- Liaise with external agencies if required for online promotions.
- Manage company Website and coordinate with website developers for regular updating and posts on the website.
- Any other online, social media, e-commerce activities to promote Cosmic Strands and its editing service to authors and publishers.
- Defining the marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
- Developing relevant business proposals.
- Monitoring market intelligence within the industry.
Essential :
- The candidate should be a tech savvy and should be highly interested in Social Media marketing.
- He/she must have deep knowledge of various social media platforms and must know how to create and post videos, posts, articles and blogs on social media.
- The candidate should have a high level of energy and drive to succeed.
- The role also requires innovative thinking and high level of execution capabilities.
- Communication should be excellent : Both verbal and written.
- Prior experience of about two years handling social media marketing and online sales would be required.
- Ability to analyse market strategy, must be proactive.
- Confident, team player.
