Cosmic Payment Solutions - Manager - Product Marketing - Partnerships (3-5 yrs)
- Find creative ways to integrate company's solutions with customers products delivering excellence to the end-user
- Own partner lifecycle communication, right from signup to churn. Co-own the funnel conversion rate with the product manager.
- Work across and enable functions including product, sales, customer success, and analytics, to drive product roadmaps, strategy and execution.
- Keep a pulse on our partner's roadmaps and persuade them to expand their relationship with Razorpay.
- Listen to partners, document their needs, coordinate with product teams to deliver the tools your partners need.
- Be ear-to-the-ground and work cross-functionally; build out integrations and platform improvements with Engineering, regularly funnel partner feedback and ideas to Product and find reciprocal ways of promoting our partners with Marketing
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
- 4+ years of work experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Should be Product minded & curious. Ability to derive insights from user behavior, translate technical details into benefits for the user, provide guidance, best practices, etc. to product teams with the goal of improving integrations
- Creative and resourceful
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; understanding of the fintech space.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions for ambiguously defined problems.
- Track record of rolling out successful large-scale marketing campaigns.
