Job title - Client Support/Client servicing/Customer care Associate (Only female candidate alone can apply)
Experience - 0.6 to 2 years
Job location - Tidel park, Coimbatore
- Preferably a female candidate located in and around coimbatore-
- Immediate joiners / notice period maximum within 15 days-
Skill set required:
- Candidate should have working knowledge & experience in microsoft excel.
- Excellent english communication skills both oral and written is mandatory.
- Strong email writing skills is required.
- Experience in handling any ticketing system in customer service department is added advantage.
- Experience in client facing / support / serving is added advantage
- Experience in telephone handling is added advantage.
Qualification: Any degree with excellent english communication skills both in oral & written required.
Salary range - 8000 to 14000 based on their experience
