Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, propose, nurture and close sales opportunities

- Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls and cold emails to prospects and qualify them, thus converting enough new business to meet the monthly quota

- Generate sales through cold/warm calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers

- Utilize multiple resources such as email, phone, social selling and web tools to communicate and present company offerings to the prospective clients

- Generating revenue by hunting new clients & farming existing

- Maintain and build CRM data to build a predictable sales model

- Achieve and/or exceed the defined targets

- Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue, also give weekly forecasting

- To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications

- To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values

Experience Required: 2-4 years

We are looking for:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills

- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills required

- Strong sales acumen

- People from BPO background will be given preference
