- The company has already acquired 2 million customers through its breakthrough products and is on its way to acquiring 5 million customers in the next 3 years. The company is backed by large global institutional investors. The funding is being utilized for product development & market expansion.

About the role : The incumbent is expected to pave the way for our Company products as preferred salary accounts in corporate's. This is an Individual Acquisition Role meant for experienced, confident, and self-driven individuals. The incumbent is expected to adapt to the fast-changing environment of a startup.

Required Experience :

- We are hiring individuals for 3 different locations across India.

- We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in corporate sales preferably from HR Consultancy/Insurance broking firms/Corporate salary etc

Responsibilities :

- To schedule meetings with CXO (Finance head/ HR head) and present our proposition effectively.

- To interact with other stakeholders on the client side to ensure a better product penetration.

- Should be focused on service and relationship management.

- Should be able to make an effective mass presentation to the corporate audience.

- Should be able to deliver targets both in terms of number and quality.

- Drive references and effective utilization of lead/support provided.

- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and KYC guidelines.
