Corporate Sales Professional - MICE Business (2-10 yrs)

Based in Goregaon, they assure a hassle-free experience allowing you to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, vacation packages, car rentals, and more, all in one place. The core aim of the company is to provide the travelers with a "hassle-free travel experience across different travel missions", be it Air Travel, Hotel Bookings, Cab Bookings, Travel Packages or even corporate travel missions like MICE etc. Their aim further is to isrupt the market with a complete AI driven approach to the travel cycle.

The mission of the company is to make intercity and international travel as easy and convenient as intra-city travel for the customer with a world class travel experience.

They are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Professional- MICE business

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential corporate clients who could benefit from our online holiday packages. Develop a target list and strategize approaches to reach out to them effectively.

2. Sales and Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events. Establish a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

3. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations. Understand their travel needs and preferences to offer customized holiday packages that align with their requirements.

4. Presentations and Product Demonstrations : Conduct compelling sales presentations to corporate clients showcasing the unique features and benefits of our holiday packages. Address any concerns or queries raised by clients to drive them towards making a purchase.

5. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. Work towards closing sales and obtaining signed agreements while adhering to the company policies and guidelines.

6. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Provide valuable feedback from clients to improve service quality.

7. Client Retention and Upselling : Ensure high client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for their ongoing travel requirements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

8. Market Intelligence : Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends related to corporate travel and holiday packages. Use this knowledge to create effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

9. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections. Provide regular reports to the sales manager and contribute to sales forecasting.

10. Travel : Occasionally, participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and expand the network of potential clients.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.

- Knowledge of the travel industry, holiday packages, and popular travel destinations is advantageous.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

- A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
