Designation - Relationship Manager - ESOP

Product - ESOP (Employee Stock ownership Plan)

Experience - Min 3 Years into Corporate sales

Location - Kolkata

Job Description :

1) Responsible for handling relationships at Promoter/Director/MD/ CFO level.

2) Extensive clients visit to understand industries within emerging corporate/Corporate segment and assess their requirement

3) Sourcing key accounts, managing portfolio, expanding client base for augmenting turnovers and achieving desired targets/goals

4) Responsible for business development by acquiring new clients and managing existing clients.

5) Developing financing channel for IPOs, ESOPs & Wealth Management products

6) Liaisoning with support groups, such as middle office, legal, risk to roll out product in a smooth manner, complying with all the regulatory aspects.

7) Responsible for achieving assigned Income and Asset targets by increasing wallet share and ensuring steady source of revenue by cross sells, offering suitable and different banking products to cover all possible business requirements of the clients.

8) Perform to adapt new business initiatives and deliver as a team.
