Corporate Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Train all members for them to be able to use the company products
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
- Sell Insurance Products through Advisors with direct support
- Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
- Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales field work in any industry / BFSI
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
- Presentation skills
- Time Management
- Excellence in communication
