Job Role:
- Managing a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Mangers
- Responsible to achieve budgets for bank products (liabilities & Assets) and Third Party Products (TPP).
- Responsible for the Relationship Value of the book managed by the unit & also for all round growth of each team member.
- Planning and executing special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
Job Requirements:
- The candidature requires the experience of team handling into Banks/Insurance/financial institutions with good communication skills.
- The candidate will be heading the team of RMs and will be responsible for their overall productivity across below product line

- Car Loan
- Personal Loan
