Corporate Partnerships Role - Education (0-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Solid connects to influence specialization specific top companies/ startups and bring them in campus in individual capacity
2. Implement innovative placement and internship processes and strategies, in line with the business objectives of the Company.
3. Responsible for building establishing strong relationships with potential companies and maintaining relationships with existing companies for placement of Program students.
4. Identify the current industry gaps in placements and develop strategies to bridge these gaps.
5. Connect with corporates to find out more opportunities in market and conduct placement drives
Key Requirements:
1. Possess good leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
2. A proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning, event execution, account management.
3. Willingness to Travel.
4. Should be assertive, convincing, and high on initiation in his approach to identifying the potential Companies in the region.
5. An articulate communicator, with ability to effectively interact with diverse population of learners at various levels.
