Job Purpose : As a Inside Sales - Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading a team of inside sales representatives to success. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing day- to-day sales operations, coaching and developing team members, and driving sales performance.

Areas of Responsibility :

Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them succeed in their roles.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.

- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to generate leads and support sales efforts.

- Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

- Work closely with the customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive customer retention.

Training and Development :

- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new hires and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support the professional growth and development of team members.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment and support company objectives.

- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance, key initiatives, and challenges.

- Act as a liaison between the inside sales team and other departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

Revenue : Targets

Kindly Note :

1. Experience in Sales call script and quality monitoring is required.

2. Should have experience working on one or more CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc.

3. Demonstrated experience in scaling up paid user acquisition and revenue through remote/digital/telesales channels.

4. No. of Working Days - 5 Days a week working (In - Office)

5. Must be ok with National and International Travel
