Corporate Alliance Manager - Sales - Horeca (1-5 yrs)

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, market indicators, and competitors.

- Driving sales initiatives and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of Growth and explore marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes

- National/Key Account Management

- Handling key accounts with multiple units across different locations.

- Generate the revenue by Identifying, analyzing and acquiring accounts across the country.

- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

- Interfacing with the clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

- Customer Service

- Coordination with the service team for resolving customer complaints & escalations.

- Feedback collection from customers for improving the overall services.

- Maintaining close rapport with the customers to ensure continuous business growth.

- Hire and appraise corporate alliance managers as and when necessary.

- Experience in HoReCa/institutional Sales.

- Experience in liaising with Key accounts /High value customers or F&B managers and Chefs for 5 years.

- Managerial skills like Planning, decision making, budgetary & finance, client relationship management, marketing & selling, customer & market orientation.

- Behavioral skills like ability to have the right judgment and take decisions accordingly, critical thinking, logical reasoning, leadership, and conflict resolution.

- General competencies like excellent communication skills, good negotiation skills, time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize work

Must Haves :

- Min 1 year in Account Management, Marketing, planning, sales, and strategy from Horeca

- Notice period - 1 month (Buyouts available)

- Work location in Bangalore
