Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-4 yrs)
We are hiring Corporate Agency Manager in Kolkata.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
Candidate Requirement:
- Experience: 2 to 3 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing and 1 to 2 Years of experience in Life Insurance
- Education: Any graduation
- Local Candidate
- Leadership skills and negotiation skills
