Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (0-3 yrs)
Designation : Corporate Agency Manager
CTC Package : 3.25L to 4.50 L CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customers leads to own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/upsell products.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.

Criteria Required :
- Age Limit 21 to 38 years.

- Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- Local residents for some time Should have a natural market in that location.
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
