Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve corporate agency sales targets.
- Hiring, training, and managing a team of agents to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing ongoing support and training to agents to help them achieve their goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of agency operations and sales.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
