Experience : Mini. 1 + Year experience required Sales and Marketing of Life insurance and BFSI
CTC : 3.50 LPA + Incentive
Qualification : Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
Your contribution areas:
- The key responsibility of this role is to be based out of the allocated channel partner branch and build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner
- You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to building a continuous interaction with sales team of channel partners and achieving sales target through effective sales pitch, prospecting new customers
- You will communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
- You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organizations- strategy.
- You are required to support the channel partner pre and post sales (claim settlement etc.).
- Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer relationship.
- This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and channel partner location.
- You are required to uphold high organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity.
