Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Corporate Agency Manager oversee a number of separate store, office or business branches within companies and organizations, you're responsible for the staffing, profit, performance and other operations at each branch you manage.
Key Roles:
1. performance reports for presentation to upper administration
2. Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
3. Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
4. Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
5. Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events
6. Maximize company profits at the branches you supervise

Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 1 to 2 Year experience required Sales and Marketing of Life insurance and BFSI
