Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Post: Corporate Agency Manager
Seeking an experienced Corporate Agency Manager to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.
Role & responsibilities
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners Focus on Customer retention
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross-selling of product mix
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
- To handle the walk-in Customers at the Branch
Qualification Criteria:
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in insurance industry.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in BFSI.
- Age 21 to 38 years
