Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Job description :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Required Candidate Profile :
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in BFSI sector 1 year in Life insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Management and leadership skills
Salary: 2.60 to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
