Corporate Agency Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibility:
- Work together with branch operations to ensure that policy/application forms are processed promptly.
- Keep the relationship between the branch manager and an employee positive.
- Manage sales through the designated bank's Bancassurance channel.
- On a daily basis, manage the supplied policies' policy servicing difficulties.
- Encourage bank staff to purchase related life insurance policies Additionally, generating leads from bank employees and walk-in consumers.
- Converting such leads through collaborative calls with bank professionals based on customer requirements.
- Examine market trends to find growth and development prospects.
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Graduate
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance.
- Age : Between 22 to 38 years
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
