We are looking folks with Inside Sales working experience. Other candidates will not be considered for this role.

Job Description:

Inside Sales Catalyst role for Logistics Startup based out of Bangalore - Looking for a proficient IC with strong B2C background. You are responsible for end to end sales cycle and expected to work with Internal & External stakeholders to bring customers on board.

What will you do?


- Proactively research on our target market (SME's) & Understand Courier requirements & pitch our proposition accordingly over the phone/in person to convert them to our client(s)

- In sync with the in ground sales team, Collect relevant customer details & work on E-mail, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing to encourage them to use our one stop service portal

- Report on Sales activity & update CRM on the progress of daily activities

- Develop & maintain plans which outlines how sales target will be met on ongoing basis

- Formulate multiple marketing strategies which outlines our reach within our target market

Requirements :


- 2-4 Years of inside sales Experience in B2C Sales directly involved in product launches

- Prior Experience in Logistics/Courier/Transportation/Freight Industry, B2C Preferred

- Prior Experience in product launch Initiatives & ability to change status quo

- Customer Focused, Innovation thinker & Effective Communicator.
