Role Objective : 

- To create awareness, Influence and bring in customers/ volume, eventually building high customer density in the assigned area in the shortest possible time

Key Responsibilities : 

Sales :

- Achieve monthly, quarterly annual goals set with proper planning.

- Identify Customers in the given Market segments.

- Plan and conduct road shows.

- Analyse and present the product fit to the benefit of the customer after understanding the customer requirements.

- Converting leads into business.

- Proper documentation and report maintenance through the sales cycles

- Engage with customers directly, by phone or electronically & build good customer rapport with all the customers.

- Create and deliver proposals/concept to all the prospective clients

- Manage sales cycle effectively

Client Management :

- Manage & updating customer's account on daily basis

- Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships

- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

- To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. You will also help us grow our customer base and establish our brand in your assigned territory.

Threshold Qualification and Experience :

- Must be a graduate or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the Industry or similar industry.
