Copywriter (4-9 yrs)
- We looking to hire a creative Copywriter with exceptional storytelling ability. In this important role for the team, the Copywriter will write well-organized, high-quality, error-free content in digital formats.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop performance-driven copy that attracts, educates, engages, and converts prospective customers.
- Concept and craft both short-form and long-form copy for multiple marketing channels including blog posts, press releases, video scripts, landing pages, social media posts, paid social copy, website content, online banners, interactive quizzes, polls & slideshows, catalogs, ebooks, infographics, and other marketing & event collateral.
- Proofread copy generated by other writers and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct research gathering facts and statistics from multiple sources to create compelling content.
- Utilize CMS including WordPress to upload and deploy content, as needed.
- Follow partner brand guidelines to develop on-brand content that resonates with prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Paid Acquisition, SEO, Events, Social Media, and Product Marketing teams to provide copywriting services for end-to-end marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to make sure initiatives stay on track and flag any blockers or issues.
Requirements for Consideration :
- Relevant years of copywriting experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing team.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Must be able to provide a portfolio with writing samples showcasing written content across a variety of marketing channels such as: blog posts, online articles, social media posts and paid social copy, website content, press releases, online banners, video scripts, direct mail, interactive quizzes, polls & slideshows, ebooks, infographics and/or other marketing collateral.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projects. Familiarity using project management tools such as Jira, Monday or similar programs is required.
- Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment is a must.
- Work autonomously while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with teammates and leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with content management, web publications, knowledge of digital marketing tactics.
- A high degree of adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail are highly preferred.
- Must exhibit strong fundamental grammar, spelling and punctuation skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goals. Must be able to effectively selfmanage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and cultures.
