Job Location - Mohan Cooperative Delhi.

- The Copy writer will conceptualize clutter breaking digital campaigns in sync with brand goals and creative guidelines. Create every campaign like it was a piece of art, and wins consumers hearts and industry recognition.

- They will collaborate with various internal professionals, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the campaign team to achieve specific creative goals.

- Ultimately, the Copy Writer should be able to build creative campaigns for digital to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Profile and skill set :

- Must work very closely with design and art, right from ideation to delivery.

- Establishes tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfil the project objectives.

- Will develop innovative and engaging brand/multi-brand communication. Devise communication strategies for single brand/multi-brand initiatives.

- Will work alongside the account team, interaction designers, junior designers and program team.

- Work with the team to develop digital media experiences and advertising campaigns that exceed client goals, carry out the creative vision, and fulfil Marketing & Strategy mission

- Write, edit, post, and proofread content and copy.

- Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements, from rich media ad units and social media programs, to original video scripts and concepts

- Should be able to comprehend briefs objectively and come to an accurate understanding of what the client looks to achieve.

- Must be well versed with the different requirements of creative writing for different platforms on digital.

- Must keep abreast of newest trends in digital, especially newer content formats.

- Must have a good turn-around time. Efficiency & flexibility are key.

- Should be able to work on campaign ideas and execute them within short time spans.

- Experience in B2C brands is mandatory. B2B will be an added advantage.

Note: Script writing experience is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the project team, developing original communication, developing AV scripts and participating in creative presentations to clients.

Education : MBA, PG Mass Communication, graduate from a good university with a great track record

Requirements :

- Must have 4-6 years of digital writing experience, preferably on leading brands at well-known agencies

- Understanding of all forms of interactive marketing communication online and offline

- Has a real passion for all forms of consumer engagement.

- Proven ability to develop crisp and winning creative communication.

- Strong conceptual thinking.

- Great communications skills - both with internal teams and communicating with/presenting to clients.

- Experience with Digital Marketing Agency or Marketing Agency or Creative Agency.
