About the job Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Candidate with a focus on SaaS to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is ready to build and lead the generation sales engine from scratch. If you have a solid background in B2B SaaS and a track record of generating qualified sales meetings/leads, we'd like to meet you.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Generating 6-8 Qualified Leads/meetings for the sales team via leveraging different channels and tools

2. Strategies for targeting ideal customer profiles & potential prospects through cold email reach outs, Linkedin reach out, Social gatherings & events, and cold calling

3. Understand the Identify prospect's needs and design appropriate messaging for various channels for our products/service

4. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the Sales team

5. Reporting to the manager on the weekly numbers and monthly goals

6. Own data mining regularly to update the target list & clean up data

Must-Have:

1. Experience generating Leads via different channels in a Saas-focused role.

2. Knowledge of the international market. (NA, Europe, Middle East) (IT Sales background is a plus)

3. Comes from a B2B SaaS background with a focus on Enterprise.

Requirements:

1. Strong track record of building and scaling successful sales teams.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Comes from a B2B SaaS background.

4. Ability to develop and execute creative and effective sales strategies.

5. Knowledge of the US, CA, European market.

6. Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed in challenging roles.
