Coordinator - Telesales - Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
- Interacting with patients.
- Calling for corporate business.
- Attending and coordinating all patients.
- Keeping patients data.
- Tele marketing for promotion of Clinic's health packages.
- Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material of new offers on medical packages.
- Create, maintain and update database of Patients with complete information and emails.
- Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
- Book patient's appointment with Doctor's.
- Maintain Stock of Medicines in stock.
- Manage Doctor's Visit Records
