Coordinator for the Exports Marketing Division of a leading chemical manufacturing organization. The ideal role would be to provide close support to the Exports Marketing Team for all customer-focused functions
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide close support to the Exports Marketing Team for all customer-focused functions
- Generate sales quotations, follow-up on orders with clients, coordinate shipment information with Clients, Factory, R&D & Logistic team
- Maintain client contact through telephonic communication and via e-mail
- Marketing data collection and collation by different geographies, preparation of MIS Reports
Eligibility:
- Graduate from reputed University
- Diploma in Export import would be an added advantage
- 1 - 3 years of close support coordination and documentation role preferably for Customer Service
