Roles & Responsibilities :
- Solving the queries of customer's problems
- Handling e-mails, chat and voice process
- Fresher With Experience Candidate
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Telephonic and written communication skills along with active listening
Mandatory languages: Kannada, Hindi, and Manageable English.
Familiarity with CRM systems and process.
Qualification : Degree
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
