Job Description
Location: Gurgaon
Position Title: CRM/SR. Executive/SME/TL
Reporting To: Manager - Operations
CTC: up to INR 3.00 Lacs, depending on the candidates' experience & current / last CTC drawn
Nearest Metro station - Huda City Center
- 6 days working
- 9 hours shift between 8 a.m - 8 p.m
- No meal facility/No cab facility
- Incentives will be there
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Responding to customer queries related to Sunglasses, Lenses etc.
2. Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
3. Handling inbound /Outbound calls to customers for verification, customer satisfaction
4. Maintaining the AHT for the process
5. Replying customers via email (Depends)
Candidate should have the following:
1. Should have good communication skills, good excel knowledge
2. Should be a graduate, at least
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
