Job Description: Publisher Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Publisher Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring and onboarding publishers both domestically and internationally for our Gaming product through strategic partnerships, while driving revenue growth on a revenue-sharing model.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Publisher Prospecting and Engagement: Utilize a variety of online and offline channels to identify and engage potential publishers. Build and nurture relationships with them on a daily basis to foster business interactions.

Concept Selling for Qureka Lite: Spearhead efforts to promote Qureka Lite to publishers, employing persuasive communication strategies to encourage adoption.

Lead Management: Independently develop and cultivate a robust database of potential leads, while also working on assigned leads provided by the company.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with the team to devise and implement a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving predetermined targets.

Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough competition mapping and gather market insights to inform strategic decision-making. Share findings with relevant support departments to ensure seamless execution of business operations.

Experience Required :

Proven experience in B2B sales from SME Segment.

Experience in end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.

Mastery in the art of turning "no" into "yes."

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
