Job Summary :

- As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversions. You will collaborate with influencers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.( Instagram & Youtube)

Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

- Identify and segment target audiences to tailor influencer campaigns effectively.

Influencer Collaboration :

- Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to our brand and industry.

- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring terms align with campaign goals and budget.

Campaign Planning and Execution :

- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.

- Collaborate with influencers on creative concepts and ensure alignment with brand messaging.

Content Management :

- Oversee the creation and optimization of compelling content for influencer campaigns.

- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Performance Analytics :

- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Track key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Budget Management :

- Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.

- Negotiate competitive rates with influencers while maintaining campaign quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with the broader marketing team, product managers, and sales teams to integrate influencer marketing into overall campaigns.

- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role.

- In-depth understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
