Work Location : Pune (Viman Nagar)
Candidate Profile:
- Experience - 8-10 Years in Modern Trade & Institutional Sales (FMCG/Lifestyle/Groceries)
- Age: 40-45
- Must be good at Liasoning and Networking
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be analytical
- Must have proven negotiation skills
- Must have exposure in managing Modern Trade & Institutional Sales
- Must have a Pleasing Personality
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Representing Convertex India in all the Modern Trade outlets & Institutions and responsibility for growing sales
- Acquiring new accounts in the region and maintaining healthy relations with existing Modern Trade vendors
- Will be responsible for achieving Primary, Secondary & Territory Sales & collection of outstanding for all accounts in the region
- Managing product assortment & planning for each account, store and ensure good store level product exposure/placement
- Maintaining relationship with the stores managers
- Forecasting and stock management
- Should take care of Visual Merchandising norms implement the same as per VM guidelines
- 360 degree communication with internal & external stake holders
- Building strategies for New product launches
- Willingness to travel as and when required
- Performing any other duty as and when assigned by the reporting manager
