Convertex India - Assistant Manager - Online Sales (5-7 yrs)
Designation: Asst Manager - Online sales
Work Location: Pune (Viman Nagar)
Candidate Profile:
- Experience - 5 Years (FMCG/Lifestyle/Groceries)
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 30-35
- A candidate from an IT background preferred, must be Tech Savvy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partnering with various online portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket etc
- Devising strategies and planning for online sales channels
- Identify and develop new sources for long-term revenue growth from online sales and ensuring repeat business
- Developing new product packages to ensure higher sales volume
- Preparing online newsletters, promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels for sales promotion
- Ensuring a smooth flow of process : Order finalizing, packaging and Dispatches
- Ensuring presence on all the major online sales portals
- Managing optimum inventory level as per the business requirement on daily basis
- Coordinating with factory for order completion and dispatch, also ensuring timely delivery
- Preparing and submitting MIS
- Pre/Post sales service support
- Performing any other duty as and when assigned by the reporting manager
