Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team in freight forwarding sales, fostering professional development and maximizing performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance business development strategies, and optimize operational processes, directly impacting revenue and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong industry relationships, enhancing our company's reputation and market position.
- Contribute to the company's growth and expansion efforts by identifying new market opportunities and leading revenue-generating initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in freight forwarding sales, with proven leadership and achievement in a senior management role.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
