Continental Hospitals - Assistant Manager/Manager - Branding & Client Servicing (3-5 yrs)
Job Purpose
To strategize, develop & implement external internal communication to promote Continental hospitals. To position, create awareness & market the Continental hospitals .
Responsibilities include Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Vendor Management, Media Planning, Channel Marketing, Event Management, Product Marketing, Campaign Management, Market Research, Go-to-Market Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Awareness Campaigns, Demand Generation / Lead Generation Activities, Web Analytics & Blogs etc.
- Lead development and execution of annual marketing campaigns & plans with assistance and input from all business heads/ doctors . Related activities include development of marketing briefs, costings, creative sign-off, annual marketing plans, etc.
- Strategic alliances, targeted activities and events for lead generation and adding value for customers(Via brand and marketing channels- not sales driven . Build value generating loyalty and incentive programs and initiatives for customers - enabling a tangible and discretely different value delivery perspective as compared to competition.
- Conducting Agency briefing sessions and evaluating their performance
- Ability to deliver on time in challenging conditions (timeline is generally a grey area because of doctor availability)
- Ability to manage budgets on month to month basis
- Client servicing
Core Competencies :
- Understanding of healthcare services and policies.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of communication tools, methods
- Media and Event management.
- Ability to work with agencies and internal designers
- Detailed understanding of propositions, products and local (Hyderabad) market dynamics.
