- Mandatory - 3+ years of experience in content/ marketing/ communications
- Must have hands on experience in content for platforms like blog/website/social media
- Preferred - SEO Knowledge
- Preferred - Email marketing via Mailchimp, Whatsapp marketing
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy across channels (blog, website, social media).
- Create SEO-friendly content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars.
- Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to the online community.
- Support creative content development and posting with the agency.
- Create visuals for social media posts (basic design skills a plus).
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze performance and offer insights.
- Coordinate with the agency to align content strategy.
- Provide feedback on agency-developed content.
- Collaborate on posting schedules, content ideas, and campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional grammar skills (be a true "grammar nazi").
- Passion for content creation and social media.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.
- Basic Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of email marketing through Mailchimp and WhatsApp marketing is an
- advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong organizational skills and meeting deadlines.
