9. Working together with other departments for online, inbound marketing purposes - keeping an high, open level of communication with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing & outreach

10. Always keeps the reader & reader's thought process in mind

11. Staying abreast of industry news & developments, and contributing ideas for development and refinement of content strategy and online sales funnel potential clients go through
