Content Writer - SaaS (1-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Create content for multiple platforms - such as websites, email marketing, videos, social media platforms and blogs.
- Collaborate closely with product management and sales to identify the write content for publishing.
- Produce well researched content in accordance with the company marketing guidelines, editorial style, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Create knowledge repositories for conversational experiences.
- Build conversational flows for intelligent virtual assistants.
- Train the intelligent virtual assistants.
Key skills & Experience :
- 3-5 years- experience as a content write for a SaaS product.
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
