Content Writer - IT Services (2-3 yrs)
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand business goals and client requirements.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Translate technical concepts and information into easy-to-understand and persuasive content.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, integrating relevant insights into content creation.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Executives, and other stakeholders to gather information for content development.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in content marketing and implement best practices.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and supports sales initiatives.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and principles related to IT services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
