Content Writer - IT Product (8-15 yrs)
Education - Any engineering or Mass communication
- Enterprise Product Technical Writing
- Thorough understanding of technical writing with an enterprise product is mandatory.
- Experience in producing user documentation including Online Helps, User Guides, API Guides, Installation guides, and Release Notes including complex technical and functional material with limited, or no supervision.
- 8+ Years industry experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge and application of style guides and industry practices.
- Well-versed with Agile and Waterfall methods of product documentation.
- A self-starter possessing excellent research skills and enjoys working hands on with the product.
- Ability to learn new product, technology, and tools quickly
- Clear & Crisp phone & interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and result oriented.
