Content Writer - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Objective of the role :
- Develop quality classroom content for distribution suitable for entire sales & support hierarchy. Help in expanding digital learning footprints and drive value through online content.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Conducting in-depth research on the topic and identifying training needs to develop suitable content.
2. Expert level skills in creating power point presentations, eLearning modules and learning management systems.
3. Collaborating with other team members including writers, animators, designers & videographers on periodic basis to create next in class content.
4. Simplifying knowledge on insurance, products, and financial basics to make it easy for audience.
5. Analyzing the feedback on content and attendance of sessions to improve on the modules.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass media/ communication, management, or BFSI/ related field
Certifications (if any) : Content writing/Multimedia/Animation/Graphic designing
Work Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in insurance/media companies/startups- e commerce/online content suppliers
Age : 25- 35 years
