Content Writer - Cryptocurrency Exchange Startup (4-12 yrs)
We have an opportunity for Content Writer with with Cryptocurrency Exchange startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and design easy-to-understand user guides, online help pages, pitch decks, business partnership announcements etc.
- Ability to contribute to content & communication strategies
- Interview internal subject matter experts and external users to obtain an in-depth understanding of Persistences product.
- Collaborate with community and strategic partners to improve existing documentation
- Follow and implement best practices for content optimization such as finding and using relevant keywords, etc
- Collaborate with Persistences Tech team to create documentation for new features
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Ideal Candidate :
- Excellent written skills in English
- Experience in developing content for a technical and/or SaaS product
- Prior experience of working in Crypto industry, ideally 2+ years
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, images, or videos
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with keen attention to detail
- Up to date with recent trends and social media
- Good research and organizational skills
- Immediate Joiners or someone with short notice period preferred.
