Content Writer (2-5 yrs)

Job Role :

- Creating, editing and publishing content on website and social media handles.

- Creating content for web pages, blogs, external articles, press releases, White Papers, eBooks, Guides, Help-desk, FAQs around Customer Feedback and survey software related topics.

- Preparing conversion-driven website copies.

- Proofreading and editing content written by other content writers and guest bloggers.

- Brainstorming and suggesting ideas and content calendar for related topics.

- Creating marketing collaterals for demand generation activities and social media platforms.

Must-have Requirements :

- Good understanding of SEO-friendly content writing.

- Proven experience in writing about B2B SaaS products.

- Proven experience in writing long-form descriptive content, i.e. formats like best practices, guides, white papers, etc.

Preference :

- Experience in writing descriptive/technical/narrative content about Customer Feedback tools and similar SaaS.

Content Development Skills :

- Creative thinking and descriptive content writing skills using data-driven arguments.

- Creating original, i.e. 100% plagiarism free content.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Die-hard learning and professionally growing attitude.

Technical Skills :

- Experience in artwork searches, especially royalty-free images.

- Proficiency with content writing tools like MS Word and/or Google docs.

- Experience in any one of the visual content development tools like PowerPoint, Google Slide, Canva, Biteable, or Figma.

- Experience in Content publishing using CMS like WordPress, Hubspot, Wix, Joomla, Wordpress or Drupal.
