Job Description / Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Content Writer who is excited about the scope and influence of payments. We seek to enhance our customer experience and engagement with various stakeholders in the payment ecosystem.

- The responsibilities include writing original content for our website/ social media channels, with experience in collaborating with Product/ Technology and Business teams.

Responsibilities : 

- Understand the knowledge gaps/ needs of target customer groups

- Writing creative web content/ blogs and banner ads working with an engagement framework and core design philosophy

- Maintain the relevant reference materials, design, research and specifications

- Collaborating with business, product and technology teams and brainstorming subjects for creative content

- Using good SEO techniques, to work on creating unique, relevant content that aligns with stated goals

- Plan and execute on short/ medium-term goals

- Continuously assess performance indicators, engagement and effectiveness

Desired profile of the candidate : 

- 2-4 years of content writing experience

- Exposure to Payments technologies, Startups, Media covering Technology segment

- Previous experience writing documentation, research and procedural matters for multiple audiences

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with engineering team, design, UI to develop website content and creative visuals for technical support

- Proven ability to quickly learn and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver desired content/ UI
