Tasks & Activities :

Creating high quality long form content

- Attend onboarding meeting to understand the client and their requirements

- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather the information required

- Create high quality long form content based on the requirements

- Understand the functioning and limitations of the platforms used

- Write SEO and conversion optimised content for Website and blogs

- Suggest blog topics based on research

- Write content within brand guidelines and meet the specific tone & voice as needed

- Complete projects within assigned deadlines

- Ensures content is factually accurate, grammatically correct, plagiarism free and not misleading

- Provide content documents to the developers

- Facilitate developers or designer with any additional requirements as per layouts

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver high quality content

- Communicate and Coordinate with clients to give and gain an understanding of what is required and best practises

- Ask and follow up with clients for required information

- Coordinate for internal content approvals

- Communicate and Coordinate for client approvals

- Address client feedback and queries

- Clarify doubts and queries clients may have regarding content

- Coordinate for internal content approvals and edit the content based on feedback

- Instruct and Coordinate with designers for blog covers, blog feature images, banner images, and others

- Help other team members with drafting client communication messages and emails

Proofreading and editing of assigned projects

- Proofread content written by self

- Proofread long and short from content assigned

- Suggest edits and improvements for the reviewed copies

- Use tools for readability, vocabulary, spelling and plagiarism checks and suggest edits as required
