A day in the life of a Content Writer might look something like this :
a. Work closely with Content Managers, Editors, and SEO to understand requirements
b. Create grammatically and factually correct and interesting content of following types for the website, mainly blog:
1. Event-based articles about various board/entrance/competitive exams in domains like K-12 (Board Exams, Olympiads, etc.), UG, PG (Engineering, Medical,Law, etc.), and Government Job (Banking, SSC, Railway, Insurance, UPSC, etc.)
2. Academic articles (on given academic topics)
c. Implement best On-Page SEO practices
d. Make sure brand guidelines are met.
e. Communicate how the products can help users
f. Write copies based on requirement for Product as well as Videos
What should be your background ?
- Graduation, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-6 years of relevant experience in marketing and product communications role from a reputed firm preferably in EduTech
- Needs to have expertise in writing different subjects and topics (Mathematics, Physics,Chemistry, Biology, English, Hindi, etc.)
- Experience in Education is an added advantage
